Jamia currently has 35 staff at both the senior and junior level. In recognition of the role played by the staff especially the junior staff, Jamia has embarked on a positive restructuring and incentive program for the junior staff who are the backbone of the organization courtesy of the work they do.

Since our last session, the junior staffs have received annual increments of 15% twice and the best among them rewarded by 5% bonuses. The management, in continuation of the spirit of incentives provided the junior staff with one month ration packages and one month salary equivalent yearly during the month of Ramadhan 2005. The junior workers now have access to medical assistance, staff uniforms and proper working equipment.

Management (Secretariat)
The administration of Jamia includes the following:
Administration, Accounts, Office secretaries and the Executive Officer.
The above are directly answerable to the executive committee of the Jamia Majlis.

Jamia Majlis consists of 18 members and there are several sub committees working under it. This include: Executive, Finance and assets, Library, Education, Resource mobilization, Procurement committees.

Jamia is also privileged to have constituted its own Majlis Ulamaa who play a very important role in guiding the Majlis in its activities to ensure that the tenets of Islam are adhered to at any given moment. The Majlis has also provided guidance in many other issues that touch on the general welfare of the Ummah.

For the first time in the history of the organization and seeking to improve the management practices of the organization, Jamia has just completed the process of developing a five year Strategic plan. This will provide a focused path and enable Jamia correct its past shortcomings and in a focused manner pursue the goals that it has set to achieve.

These members are the legal custodians of the Masjid and its assets, thus a vital part of the whole institution.
