DA’WAH ACTIVITIES
The level of Da’wah activities within Jamia and outside
Jamia has been intensified and the fruits of this effort are staring
to show. A Da’wah program has been formulated and is being
implemented under the guidance of the Da’wah sub committee,
Majlis Ulamaa-Jamia and the Da’wah officer.
Some of these activities include;
• Jamia hour on Iqra FM
• Visits to schools, Madrassa, colleges and prisons
• Friday khutba to various mosques
• Fortnight public lectures at Jamia multi-purpose hall
• A comprehensive program for reverts including issuance
of certification after the completion a basic course on Islamic
instructions conducted at JTI college, free of charge.
This is aimed at ensuring proper Islamic Knowledge for revertees.
Among the Da’wah activities is the coordination of 17 Imams
and Madrassa teachers. We also offer support to (3) three upcountry
Mosques as part of the Da’wah initiative.
