General tips

Optional step: Cover the bowl with a flexible wrap (or tin foil) and put in the freezer for 30-45minutes. This step makes the chicken more delicious because it saturates in oil and spices. But if you are in a haste, you can miss this step, if you want a tastier chicken simply do this.
Warm up a frying pan with a tablespoon of cooking oil. Maintain a medium-high heat (Just enough to give it a crunchy finish). A non-stick frying pan works better if you desire a golden brown tan but any other type of frying pan would work as well.
Put the chicken thighs into the frying pan, one at a time. Fry them until golden brown not longer.
Remove from pan into a sieve, serve and sprinkle with the sliced onions and parsley.
