Fry/bake the chicken thighs in batches dependent on the size of your pan to avoid over-crowding, spacing out the chicken thighs would help it to soak in the sauce around it properly. Please do not be drawn to throw all in the pan at once (that is if your pan is not big enough). Like I explained, each thigh needs space in between them so that your chicken would come out with beautiful golden chocolate look, locking in the moist, resulting in the juicy flavour that is desired! Honey soy mix chicken thigh
This is a fast and easy recipe that anyone can cook and it would easily come out tasty. The flavor is both sweet and aromatic at the same time. Most of the ingredients should be readily available in any kitchen, and the results are crowd pleasing. You and anyone else who takes part in this delicacy would ask for seconds so prepare a double portion. I like to double the recipe of the sauce, you can also try that and mix with vegetables to serve on top of rice or with spaghetti or noodles.

Rosemary spiced boneless chicken thigh
For this recipe the sauce is prepared separately from the chicken and combined eventually. Very delicious outcome and takes very little time to prep and cook. One of the most delicious recipes that could come out in the shortest time. Prep Time should be about 10 minutes and Cook Time about 15 minutes, so the total time spent cooking is 25 minutes. Ingredients For The Chicken: One and half pounds boneless chicken thigh One teaspoon each onion powder and garlic powder Half teaspoon each of dried thyme and rosemary Half teaspoon salt Quarter teaspoon cracked black pepper Two tablespoons olive oil For The Sauce: One tablespoon butter Eight ounces sliced brown mushrooms Four pieces of garlic, minced (or one tablespoon minced garlic) One tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped Half to one teaspoon each of dried thyme and dried rosemary (regulate to your taste) One and half cups heavy cream / thickened cream (vaporized milk or half and half) Half cup fresh frayed cheese Yield: Serves four.
The preparation process
Pat the chicken thighs –till they are dry – with paper cooking-towel and remove excess fat. Mix the onion powder, herbs, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Coat the chicken evenly with the combined seasoning. Put one tablespoon of oil in a large pan or skillet over medium heat and singe chicken thighs in batches until well cooked. Add more oil if needed for second batch. When well cooked, transfer to a sieve (to drain out the oil) and set aside. Use the same pan or skillet (to keep the taste of the previously fried chicken), put the butter into it to melt it then add the mushrooms. Flavor with salt and pepper, and cook until the mushrooms are soft. Then add the garlic, parsley, thyme and rosemary; stir-fry until sweet-scented. Continuously stir the sauce, till it begins to boil, then decrease heat and carry on cooking until the cream has thickened slightly. Add the cheese and allow it to melt through the sauce for a few minutes, occasionally stir it. Add the chicken back to the pan. Test it and season to your taste. Garnish with fresh vegetables. Serve straightaway. Optional addition: For an even more incredible flavour, with your mushrooms add in one-third cup dry white wine and cook it a bit before adding in the garlic.
Sesame-garlic boneless chicken thigh (Family Favourite)
So I kept the best for the last, our very favourite of all the amazing recipes is this one! This recipe for boneless chicken thigh suits us –and our taste buds – best as a family. It’s the go-to recipe and the signature chicken recipe for any of our events. The recipe is quite simple and actually super quick to prepare, yet it makes a surprisingly flavorful and delicious dish. As the boneless chicken thigh is being prepared, the aroma of sesame and garlic makes you so famished that you are anticipating when you would get them into your mouth. Gratefully, they take just a few minutes to prepare. You could make the garlic sesame boneless chicken thigh on the stove or out on a grill. Ingredients Eight chicken thighs (boneless and skinless) One tablespoon soy sauce One tablespoon sesame oil Four pieces of garlic, minced (or one tablespoon garlic powder) One tablespoon salt One tablespoon fresh black pepper, powdered (add more to taste) Quarter cup green onions (cut into tinny circles, reserve some to garnish) Quarter cup Italian parsley (magnificently chopped, reserve some to garnish) Yield: serves 4-6
The preparation process
Remove excess fat from chicken thighs.
Mix the spices well together in a bowl.
Add the chicken to the mix in the bowl, smear the chicken with the spices thoroughly.
Optional step: Cover the bowl with a flexible wrap (or tin foil) and put in the freezer for 30-45minutes. This step makes the chicken more delicious because it saturates in oil and spices. But if you are in a haste, you can miss this step, if you want a tastier chicken simply do this.
Warm up a frying pan with a tablespoon of cooking oil. Maintain a medium-high heat (Just enough to give it a crunchy finish). A non-stick frying pan works better if you desire a golden brown tan but any other type of frying pan would work as well.
Put the chicken thighs into the frying pan, one at a time. Fry them until golden brown not longer.
Remove from pan into a sieve, serve and sprinkle with the sliced onions and parsley. The ingredients in this boneless chicken thigh recipe are simple but give a very flavorful finish, and make for a delicious chicken thigh sauce. I enjoy my boneless chicken thigh with a side dish. The thighs come out tender and succulent, and go well alone too (with a cold drink of course) or with a variety of side dishes and salads. Enjoy!
